COMPREHENSIVE LIVE-IN CARE ASSESSMENTS

We understand that live-in care or any type of domiciliary care can be a difficult and stressful decision. We try to make the process easier with our comprehensive live-in care assessments. One of our friendly team members at Diamond Life Healthcare will visit your home in Ludlow, Hereford or the surrounding areas, in order to understand your needs and design a bespoke care package that will meet your requirements.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT LIVE-IN CARER
Another benefit of our live-in care assessments is that it helps us find the right live-in carer for you. We’ll do our best to match a carer to both your personality and your needs. Each of our home care providers is:
- CRB/DBS checked
- References carefully checked
- Checked on the Protection of Vulnerable Adults list
- Attends comprehensive Induction and Manual Handling training courses
- Have or are working towards an NVQ Care qualification
All our carers wear a pink uniform (and are nicknamed the “Pink Ladies”) meaning they are always recognisable as your care provider. You can also be reassured that Diamond Life Healthcare is regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
THE ASSESSMENT PROCESS
Our care assessments aim to understand you and your needs because your requirements are as unique as you are. One of our team will come to your home, get to know you as a person, understand your requirements, and observe your daily routine and home environment. By doing this we can tailor a care package that will meet your needs while promoting your independence and respecting your choices. We will always ensure you are involved in decisions about your care.
